Application

This kit can isolate / purify pure exosome at high yield from serum or plasma, and then extract exosomal RNA from it. Use 5 mL serum/plasma to achieve exosomal RNA ready for next-generation sequencing (NGS). This product is for research use only.

RNA is sensitive to RNase. Before starting RNA extraction, prepare clean lab bench and wipe working surface and pipettors with RNase decontamination solution, such as Ambion® RNaseZap®. Always wear clean laboratory gloves during experiment. |
